I have recently earned the designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors, of SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST. This means that I have the knowledge, background and experience to help people over the age of 55 with various life decisions ranging from housing, legal issues, health decisions, moving arrangements, repair companies, handymen, cleaning people, sales of furniture, antiques, jewelry, etc., professional organizers, and senior move managers who pack, transport and unpack in the new location.
I can assist with finding you a mortgage, determining whether to use your 401(k) as a down payment (RRSPS for Canadians), whether a reverse mortgage is right for you, referring you to an accountant or elder law attorney, finding a home and community that’s appropriate, and a host of other issues and decisions specific to those over the age of 55.
